To me, musicals are wonderful.
But something equally as wonderful is a random
musical scene in a seemingly non-musical movie.
(granted it is performed successfully)
I'm not talking about those parts where a cute little song
plays but it isn't actually a part of the characters reality
but merely there for the background music.
I'm talking about a full blown,
character-sings-the-words
musical moment.
(preferably accompanied by an awesome dance)
These are a few of the many wonderful
musical bits thrown into non-musical movies.
Personally, whenever I watch
(and re-watch)
these scenes I just can't help but smile.
I know there are many more scenes like these
but they are a few of my favorites.
Watch the movies/tv shows if you haven't.
Then you will understand the scene better and
(lets face it)
these are some pretty good movies/tv shows anyway!
Enjoy.
